Our 65-DAY REFUND policy covers all products. If you do not receive your order 65 days after payment, there is a money-back guarantee.

Our 30-DAY RETURN policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. No questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can send back your package at your own expense after confirmation with us. We will refund you through your original payment method once we receive your package. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process.  

We will not process products sent to us without requesting a return beforehand.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (special orders or personalized items such as rings with engraving) can only be returned if the item is defective, damaged, or has other issues. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the non-returnable items.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund before the item has been handcrafted (custom products), processed, or shipped. (5-10 % of the processing fee may apply for the refund)

Damages, Issues, and Disputes
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately or within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, wrong, or has any other issues so that we can evaluate the case and make it right.
